Daily Price:
The daily price is the price of all feed that is not contracted. The price is subject to change without notice. It is usually set for one week at a time. Prices quoted are BULK, TRUCK LOAD QUANTITIES, F.O.B DUMAS ,AR.

Booking Price:
The booking price is a price that is offered to producers so that they can lock up a certain price for a specific quantity of feed for future use. Prices reflect the future price of ingredients, which is controlled by suppliers and the futures market. Prices can change quickly. If the market is moving very fast we may not have a published price because it is impossible to determine an exact price of ingredients. We prefer to handle all bookings during market hours, which are 10:00AM to 1:30PM central time, so that we can cover your purchases. By having bookings early enough we can calculate and cover the necessary ingredients in a timely manner. ARKAT is assuming a great risk when contracting feed and we do not take it lightly. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
